I made my first Lasagna 27 years ago, in 1990 – when I first arrived here in Toronto. It was a big hit. My family and friends kept asking for seconds. Everyone loves a good lasagna, right?
I learned this recipe from my good friend Susan. She taught me how to cook a variety of authentic Greek dishes and I taught her how to cook some typical Asian food. Susan and I would spend hours in the kitchen, experimenting and trying to come up with “healthier” versions of typical dishes from different cultures.
