Cooked Blueberries

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. of coconut flour to thicken
Instructions
  1. Put the blueberries in a saucepan or a pot and bring to a boil for 10 minutes in a medium heat, stir a few times.
  2. Add the 2 tbsp. of coconut flour to thicken, cook for a few more minutes.
  3. Let it cool down before serving.
